How is the dominant palette calculated?
Every pixel is grouped into coarse colour buckets, and the ten largest buckets are averaged into representative swatches, so the palette reflects the picture's real weight of colour.
Can I pick a colour from anywhere on my screen?
No. For privacy, browsers only give a page access to images you explicitly provide, so take a screenshot first and drop it in.
Is the image uploaded?
