1. Digital delivery
All features, subscriptions, AI credits, and downloadable outputs (PDFs, JSON exports, images) are delivered electronically through your account on this website.
2. Activation time
- Free plan: activated instantly when you create an account.
- Paid plans: activated within a few seconds of successful payment confirmation from Razorpay, our payment processor. In rare cases this can take up to 30 minutes.
- AI credits: top-up credits appear in your ledger immediately on successful payment via Razorpay.
3. Order confirmation
After a successful payment you will receive an email receipt and an in-product confirmation. Your plan and remaining credits are always visible at /dashboard and the credits ledger.
4. If something doesn't activate
If a paid plan or credit pack does not appear within 30 minutes, write to support@freemium.tools with your payment reference. We resolve such issues on a priority basis.
5. International availability
The Service is accessible globally. Some payment methods are restricted to specific countries by our payment processor.
