1. No-refund policy
All payments made to Freemium.Tools — including subscription fees, plan upgrades, and AI credit top-ups — are final and non-refundable. Before subscribing, we strongly encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs.
We do not issue refunds for: unused portions of a billing period, plan downgrades, accidental purchases, forgotten cancellations, change of mind, or unused AI credits.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your profile or by emailing support@freemium.tools. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Failed AI generations — automatic credit reversal
AI credits are automatically reversed back into your account when a generation fails because of our system (provider outage, validation error, or network failure on our end). This is a credit reversal inside your account, not a cash refund. Reversals appear in your AI credits ledger within minutes. If a failure shows as charged after 30 minutes, write to us with the run ID and we will reverse it.
4. Failed payments and duplicate charges
If you were charged but did not receive the corresponding plan activation or credit top-up within 24 hours, or if you see a duplicate charge for the same order, email support@freemium.tools with your Razorpay payment reference. We will either deliver the missing entitlement or reverse the duplicate charge through Razorpay.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve genuine billing issues (failed delivery, duplicate charges) quickly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated with Razorpay.
