1. Who we are
The Service is operated by AlfaBuildCore ("we", "us", "our"), based in 303, Vihaan Wardania, Sector 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India. References to "you" mean the individual or organisation accessing the Service.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the Service, attempt to break security controls, or reverse-engineer it.
- Do not upload illegal content, content you do not have rights to, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not use the Service to generate spam, harass others, or scrape at scale.
- Automated access must respect rate limits and any documented APIs.
4. Plans, AI credits and quotas
Some features (including the AI Resume Builder, voice transcription, and AI drafting) consume AI credits. Credits are granted monthly per your plan and are automatically reversed back to your in-account balance when a generation fails through our fault. Plan limits, credit allocations and feature gates are listed on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
5. Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly or annual). Prices are shown in INR (₹) by default and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay"), our payment processor. Razorpay's terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction; we do not see or store your full card or bank details.
You authorise us (and Razorpay) to charge your selected payment method on each renewal until you cancel. Cancellations stop future renewals; payments already made are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Your content
You retain ownership of resumes, files, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell Your Content. AI features may process Your Content through trusted sub-processors (e.g. Google Vertex AI for generation, Deepgram for transcription) on your behalf.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including templates, branding, code, and documentation, is owned by AlfaBuildCore. Except for rights expressly granted, no licence is given to you. Resume templates may be used to produce your own resumes; you may not redistribute the template source.
9. AI output disclaimer
AI features generate output based on inputs and probabilistic models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or publishing it.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or abuse investigations. We are not liable for losses caused by outages outside our control.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, paid features stop at the end of the current billing period; data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AlfaBuildCore against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your residence.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
