The Freemium.Tools favicon generator turns one logo into every favicon and app icon size a website needs, plus the HTML snippet to install them, without uploading the file.
Browsers, bookmarks, Android home screens and iOS all ask for different icon sizes. Supplying only a 16-pixel icon leaves a blurry mark everywhere else.

How to use it

- 4Install. Copy the generated HTML into your site's head tag and upload the PNGs to your site root.
Frequently asked questions
What favicon sizes do I actually need?
At minimum 32x32 for browser tabs, 180x180 for Apple touch icons and 192x192 plus 512x512 for Android home screens. This tool produces all of them.
Do I still need an .ico file?
Rarely. Every current browser accepts PNG favicons. An .ico is only needed for very old versions of Internet Explorer.
Why does my favicon look cramped?
Logos designed for wide spaces need breathing room at icon size. Add 10-15% padding, or use just the symbol rather than the full wordmark.
Is my logo uploaded?
No. Every size is rendered in your browser using a canvas, so the logo never leaves your device.
