Create a clean HTML signature for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.

About the Email Signature Generator
The Freemium.Tools email signature generator builds a clean, table-based HTML signature for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, with your photo, role, contact links and accent colour, ready to paste.
Email clients render HTML from the 1990s, which is why modern layouts collapse into a mess inside Outlook. This generator outputs table-based markup with inline styles — the only approach that survives every major client.
Fill in your details and watch the signature build live. Copy it as a formatted block straight into your mail settings, or take the raw HTML for your IT team to roll out across the company.
How to use it
- 1Enter your details. Name, role, company and the contact methods you want shown.
- 2Style it. Choose a layout, an accent colour, and whether to include a divider and legal note.
- 3Paste into your email client. Copy the formatted signature, or download the HTML file.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add this to Gmail?
Press Copy signature, then open Settings, See all settings, Signature, and paste into the editor. The formatting is preserved.
How do I add it to Outlook?
Go to File, Options, Mail, Signatures, create a new signature and paste. For Outlook on the web, use Settings, Mail, Compose and reply.
Why must my photo be a URL?
Email clients cannot read a file from your computer. The image has to be hosted somewhere public, such as your company website, or recipients see a broken image.
Will it look right in dark mode?
The markup avoids fixed white backgrounds, so it adapts reasonably. Choose an accent colour with decent contrast on both light and dark backgrounds.
Are my details stored anywhere?
No. The signature is assembled in your browser and never sent to us.
