The Freemium.Tools diff checker compares two blocks of text or code side by side and highlights every added and removed line, entirely in your browser.
Comparing two versions by eye is slow and unreliable. A line-level diff shows exactly what changed between a draft and a revision, two config files, or two snippets of code.
Options to ignore case and whitespace stop cosmetic edits drowning out real changes, and a changes-only view collapses the identical lines.
How to use it

Does it compare word by word?
The comparison is line based, which is how source control diffs work and keeps large files readable.
Can I compare code?

Is there a size limit?

Does ignoring whitespace change my text?
