The Freemium.Tools CSV splitter breaks a large spreadsheet export into smaller CSV files — by rows per file or into a fixed number of parts — repeating the header row in each and bundling them as a ZIP.
Import limits are everywhere: mail platforms cap contact uploads, CRMs reject oversized files, and spreadsheets slow to a crawl past a few hundred thousand rows. Splitting is the standard workaround.
The splitter understands quoted fields, so a comma or a line break inside a quoted cell will not corrupt the split. Each part keeps the header row, which is what every importer expects.

Frequently asked questions
Does each file keep the column headers?
Yes, when you leave the header option on. Every part begins with the same header row, so each one imports cleanly on its own.
What if a cell contains a comma or line break?
Quoted fields are parsed correctly, including quoted values that span multiple lines, so rows are never broken in the wrong place.
How big a file can I split?
It is limited by your device's memory rather than by us. Files of a few hundred megabytes are usually fine on a modern laptop.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Customer lists and exports are split inside your browser, which keeps personal data out of any third party's hands.
